Getting his PhD in statistics, he founded several fintech companies, driven by the idea of changing markets using new technology. His first company was a robo advisor, his second was in the blockchain domain, and the third, RealRate, was in the AI domain. Holger worked as an appointed actuary in the insurance industry and dealt with rating agencies. That’s where he learned what needs to be changed to revolutionize the ratings industry.
